To guarantee long-term preservation and permanent access to published content, Jele: Journal of English Language and Education uses the following archiving systems:
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) — digital preservation for OJS journals based on LOCKSS.
- LOCKSS — distributed archiving among participating libraries. LOCKSS Publisher Manifest: https://jele.or.id/index.php/jele/gateway/lockss
- Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) — national repository of Indonesian scholarly publications.
- Crossref — every article is assigned a DOI (prefix 10.31004/aulad) that resolves permanently.
- Internal backup — the journal's server and database are backed up regularly by the publisher.
Authors are also permitted to deposit the published version in institutional or subject repositories (self-archiving) with a link to the original publication.
